God’s News In The News

Week One Hundred-Five

Not So Secret

I was contemplating all the crazy quotes coming out of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland and the thought hit me how open they are in what they are proposing. Everything from clamping even more down on free speech, bragging about they are the ones to control everything else from the climate, what you eat, tracking your every movement, transitioning to a cashless society, getting ready for the next pandemic and so, much more. And I harkened back to the early days of being a Christian and how cloak and dagger such plans were being hatched and implemented and wondered what had changed. I mean, when I was a young believer these people and their devious schemes were the ilk of secret societies that met behind closed doors and were referred to as the Free Masons, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderburg Group and who knows how many names that caused fear and trembling if you dared expose them, the kind of fear you got when you wore a red shirt on an episode of the original Star Trek series or crossed the path of the Clintons.

A Few Examples

I could stop there with generalities, but I felt the need to give you just a few quotes from this infamously illustrious and awfully arrogant group before I discuss what has changed, and more importantly, why things have changed. We start with the man at the head of the whole thing, Klaus Schwab who, for better or worse dresses and talks like any James Bond villain and comically like Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers movies. But I digress. Here is how he led off the Forum:

Let’s be clear. The future is not just happening, The future is built by us. By a powerful community as you here in this room. We have the means to improve the states of the world. But two conditions are necessary. The first one is that we all act as stakeholders of larger communities and that we serve not our only self-interests, but we serve the community. That’s what we call stakeholder responsibility. And second that we collaborate and this is the reason why you find many opportunities here during the meeting to engage in very action and impact-orientated initiatives to make progress related to specific issues on the global agenda.

While I would hope this was just a pompous parody, it in fact makes the exact point I am talking about when we broach the topic of the coming one world government. The sad reality is that they feel this confident to put such superior, snotty, and supercilious dribble in the public discourse for all to see and disseminate.

They Want To Track You

According to J.Michael Evans, the president of the Alibaba Group, a Chinese multinational technology company, they are working on a way to track your every movement under the guise of protecting the climate from you ungrateful, and unenlightened peasants. Here is what he said:

We’re developing through technology an ability for consumers to measure their own carbon footprint. What does that mean? That’s where are they traveling, how are they traveling, what are they eating, what are they consuming on the platform? So, individual carbon footprint Tracker. Stay tuned.

So, we can willing measure all of this and turn it over to those who apparently know better and are we to trust what they do with such information? Of course, since we are saving Mother Earth and what better cause is that? The only good news about this is that they don’t have it ready just yet as Evans noted:

We don’t have it operational yet but this is something that we’re working on.

Less Free Speech

We are finding ourselves in a place where we have increasing polarization everywhere, and everything feels binary when it doesn’t need to be.

So, I think we’re going to have to think about a recalibration of a whole range of human rights that are playing out online, from the freedom of speech to be[ing] free from online violence…

So spoke Julie Inman Grant, Australia’s eSafety independent regulator. She advocates for stricter restrictions on speech under the ruse of protecting children for online violence. Yes, digital violence or as she calls it “the right of data protection” in light of “the right to child dignity.” She and others are not happy with Facebook for not clamping down more on conservative media. What specifically is driving this? Gender identity politics and if you doth protest too much by saying that there are two genders and even go further by saying God created them, male and female, well into the thought police jail you go.

It's All Part Of The Plan

We need to accept there will be some pain in the process. The pace that we need will open up for missteps. It will open up for shortages of energy, it will create inflationary pressures. And maybe we need to start talking about that, that pain is actually worth it because if we don't there is no business case, there is no economy, there is no welfare.

With a wink and a nod to William Safire, this quote from Norwegian finance CEO Kjerstin Braathen really sums up the feeling of these nattering, nabobs of negativism. Spoken with the Chicken Little passion of the sky is falling at the WEF, Braathen is really telling those of who are complaining about the inflation, the high gas prices, the shortage of baby formula and whatever woes we’re facing is actually worth giving up our freedoms in the long haul. And these people of the ruling class all flew to Davos in their private jets and are staying at the elite hotels or even homes they purchased in the country. Carbon footprints be damned if it gets results I guess.

I Could Go On And On

There are no shortages of outrageous quotes by these self-important prophets of a new world order, but I think you get the point. However, we need to see why these pathetic, piteous, pitiful people are so braggadocious. And I ask that in the most loving, compassionate, and caring way, you know. Even back in 2016 they produced a video that told us that in 2030 we’ll own nothing and be happy about it. There was little outrage over such a claim among others in that clip because at the time it was seen as an outrageous platitude that would never come to fruition as long as the great America was standing tall and giving the world hope that freedom was still attainable. And an unlikely businessman was elected as President of The United States who would go on to attend a previous iteration of the WEF and basically poke his finger in the eyes of the attendees by telling them not on my watch. He kept his word and all was right with the world. That is until a pandemic hit.

The Real Linchpin

The pandemic really changed everything for the elite and their plans. Up until that time, free will was being breathed by people even in countries that had despots and dictators putting their heels on their heads. And then health official got more than their 15 minutes of fame and, to some extent still are getting that attention. To be honest, this was life and death to many, but the point is that these mandates stood for more than that. They showed the high and mighty the path to bringing down those freedom-lovers and they played that song until the melody was being hummed by even those who could recite the first and second amendments of the Constitution in their sleep. If it saves one life was one of the mantras repeated over and over again. While I could take a very deep dive into this reasoning, I don’t think I need to since this horse has been kicked to oblivion from all sides. The point is that it was used to clear the way for the Davos crowd to say those things and more and realize they have the money, means, and media to accomplish their plans.

The Media Is Complicit As Well

The so-called fourth column has all but sold out to the agenda and even brags about it now. They have the high moral ground and the pulpit from which to preach that message, or so they think. This too, has empowered the WEF ilk to boldly go where no agenda has gone before. They control the airways and social media and can make any opinion that diverges or disagrees disappear with the flip of a switch. This too has these egotistic egalitarians brimming with confidence that nothing can stop them now. There is no need to hide their schemes which I might add are more than a tad demonic no matter how nice they sound. And the media for the most part are carrying their water all the way to the top of hill of power making it sound like they are on the right side of the conversation using all the double speak necessary to dupe the useful innocents.

Controlling Elections

I certainly don’t wish to go down a rabbit hole I can’t dig myself out of, but now that a means to control elections has been implemented that has yet to be dismantled, putting anyone in power to control your agenda is literally unstoppable. This is maddening, but it is true. I believe all these things are making the attendees of the WEF giddy with power, power that cannot be stopped by rogue politicians who can now be silenced and taken out of power anytime by those who call the shots. However, there is one phrase that needs to be shouted from the housetops for the loyal opposition: But God. Yes, but God is the battle cry for this lesson. God holds the real power and He is not only there, but He is not silent. And it behooves us to rinse and repeat our stinking thinking thoughts with these spiritual nuclear two words as we pray for Him to move. Can I definitively say when and how He will move? No, but I do know that He is far from done with this world and His gospel-driven, loving care and compassion is far from spent. In fact, it is ready to overtake these ungodly people just like the Great Deluge did in Noah’s time. Like one comic character says, it’s clobberin’ time.
