They Must Be Important

The fact is, God, the Master, does nothing without first telling his prophets the whole story. (Amos 3:7, MSG)

As I watch the many prophetic videos out there online I do see trends develop. Sure, world leaders dominate the words for the most part, but I attribute that to God letting us see how He’s working. The Bible gives us many, many examples of this so it’s not like it should surprise us. As long as what they are seeing doesn’t go against Scripture we can judge them as being authentic. To be certain I fully expect there to be critics of these modern words of prophecy, but if you are one of those people, save your breath on responding to this video and just don’t listen to them. That’s the way the Bible advises those who views someone as a false prophet (see Deuteronomy 13:1-3). I for one see no problem with people being open to being used in the prophetic and encourage as many as are willing to listen to what God is saying to His people. Paul told the Thessalonians not to quench the spirit and addressed prophecy specifically:

Don’t suppress the Spirit, and don’t stifle those who have a word from the Master. On the other hand, don’t be gullible. Check out everything, and keep only what’s good. Throw out anything tainted with evil. (1 Thess 5:19-22, MSG)

Paul echoes the verse alluded to earlier to show us balance to this touchy topic. The point is, keep an open mind on these prophecies and give the people giving them some room. As God pours out His spirit on all flesh in these last days the natural outgrowth of it is a lot of visions and dreams that now have a way to be shared quickly and to a lot of people at one time.

More Of The Same?

Now on to some prophecies about two guys we hear from a lot: JD Vance and Marco Rubio. It’s predictable that they will show up because they are prominent figures in the world now. Along with US President Trump they are being used by God to move the prophetic chess pieces where they need to be. With Vance a heartbeat away from the presidency and with Rubio carrying out foreign affairs their influence is more than a tad large. That being said, I saw a few prophecies about them that I want to highlight. They both come from Troy Black and he heard them on March 10th:

These are two separate words I heard that have to do with JD Vance. And the crazy thing is I heard these March 10th and I'm sharing it now March 30th. I was planning on sharing this last week, and then the Holy Spirit told me to wait until this week. So I put it on the calendar for today. Then over the weekend, the news about JD Vance talking about aliens really being demons comes out, and I was like, “Wow, okay.” That's interesting timing. So I felt like I needed to say something about that.

Black does agree with Vance that these aliens are really demons, but he believes that God gave him these words because the vice president is please Him. What he heard is quite the bombshell:

This is the word I heard on March 10th. The Lord said this. I'm just going to read through this. I'm going to try not to bring too much commentary because I've said too much already. But the Lord said, “Vance is setting forth the mark of the beast requirements if he gets into office.” So, it started out with a bang. The big if here is if he runs and wins:

Vance is setting forth the mark of the beast requirements if he gets into office. He said he is opening up floodgates to allow the systems required for an antichrist-type of leader to arise. He's talking about the systems required. He's talking about the foundations, the requirements for that, right? He said he is welcoming in the next stage that would allow this to take place eventually.

Hold Your Horses

Black then heard that God isn’t ready for Vance to do this and then heard another will hold things back:

And He said, “And I want to stay his hand,” meaning God wants to hold him back, “and keep the floodgate closed for a while yet.” And He said, “It isn't time. It isn't time yet. And I'm handing the reins of control to another who is capable in order to stay the tide.” So the Lord's not saying that this is absolutely going to happen, that Vance is going to get into power. He's saying that in the context of if he did, then these requirements, this infrastructure and the system that would be required for these next steps in the mark of the beast, whatever that looks like in the future, for that system to be in place and to happen at some point, those foundation stones would be laid. And the Lord is saying it's not time for that to happen yet. And so He's staying his hand.

This could be why Julie Green heard that Vance was the great white wolf and why others have heard similar warnings about him. Black was shaken by the word:

And so even with Vance rising in the polls and all that kind of stuff, I'm delivering this word with the fear of the Lord and trembling, because I can see there's so many people behind him. And I don't claim to know everything. I don't. We prophesy in part. We see in part, right? I'm just reading what I believe the Lord has said to me, and you can judge it for yourself, and time will tell, right? We can also judge it based on what happens.

A Word About Rubio

Black then got another word from God and this one is with Vance, but also mentions Rubio and references a previous word about him being called up to the big leagues which he says happened already:

I believe there's also more to come with what I've heard about Marco Rubio…the Lord is talking about how He is specifically, again, saying not Vance…So this is what I heard. March 10th, the Lord said, “Not Vance. I have another guy who will fit the bill and deliver the goods this time.” Then I heard, “I am working to institute him within the right circles in leadership right now.” And then I heard this. He said, “No takers at the moment,” meaning like, oh, there's nobody getting behind him right now, right? And He said, “That is just fine. I don't mind waiting, and I don't have to wait.” And then I heard, “I can see the end from the beginning.” That's what I heard the Holy Spirit say. “No takers right at the moment,” right? So it's like his chances don't look good. The Lord's not worried about that, right? And then He said, “Who have I spoken about already? Just look and see.”

Black then pivots on who is in the wings to lead instead of Vance and it could be someone other than Rubio:

That's what I heard next. I'm just going to say the name. One of the people that He may be talking about is DeSantis. I've gotten several words of knowledge from the Lord that one day DeSantis will be president of the United States. I don't know when that is. He hasn't said when he's going to be, but I believe that may be who He's speaking about here. So we'll have to wait and see.

About Rubio, God said more:

But He did say this next. He said, “Not Vance.” And then He said, “Yes, Marco Rubio will make a good senator for a season or two, yet high hopes for explosive growth will end in a disappointing result.”

Sometimes I think I’m hearing a plot line from a Star Wars movie with all this, there is another talk. But I digress. So, is Rubio not going to be the president or not?

Neither One

Black tries to make sense of this word, but to his credit he doesn’t say he knows for sure:

So what does that mean? Is He referencing—I’m not sure if He's referencing that he was a senator for a time and then explosive growth maybe as him rising to Secretary of State, or the Lord's saying that he's going to go back to being a senator again after that. That could be what He's saying. I'm not exactly sure. But then He said it will—the hopes for explosive growth will end in a disappointing result. He said, “Another figure arises to take his place, to take over, and he has a shining star mentality, even more so than last time.” And then I heard, “I have selected him. I have made him. I have made my pick. I want My people behind him this time around.”

Not Vance and not Rubio is where this is landing:

And so I honestly believe that this is the Lord saying, “Not Vance” specifically. But y'all let me know what you think. Pray about this. But to me, the interpretation seems like not Marco Rubio either. So I'm laying this out there to be judged, and if we disagree, we can still be friends hopefully. But this is what I heard. That's what I'm sharing…

Black heard more but he said it was more personal and is leaving that alone for now. He then reiterated that another is called to lead next:

But then I heard, talking about Vance again, “But I'm calling up another one capable of making the strategies for future security of this nation work in the long run. It has to happen this way if the right policies are to stick.”

Rising To The Call

This last part sounds political, but it sounds like more of the exposure God told me this year would be about:

And then He said, “Many on the right are starting to wake up to the failure of some of those in leadership, some they trusted as a source of truth.” Then I heard, “I'm bringing a conclusion, closure to that as well. A few of the voices you trusted will become so frustrated with the narrative they believe and espouse that they will begin to give themselves away, only looking to answer the calls of their own core followers instead of listening to the voices of the masses calling them out and raising the standard.”

Black then alluded to filling the roles He will create by exposing those currently in leadership:

And then I heard, “Raise the standard, My people. You should be the first ones to set a high standard. Yes, in some cases even for the world. You are the light of the world for a time. Step into the role I have called you into and activate the leaders who currently reside within the pews. There are more raising up in this hour. Some will be meant for the political arena, and some will be theologians and teachers of the Word, but all will be proclaimers of truth to a lost and hopeless generation.”

I’ve been hearing this for years and I believe Black is hearing it as well. We need to get ready to be the next wave of leaders:

And then I heard, “My light shines the brightest through those submitted to My voice and My Word, dedicated to fellowship, both with God and with fellow believers, and building upon the solid foundation, Christ Jesus, and all that He has done.” And then I heard this. Obviously that part was an encouragement to us to step into whatever role God has given us to step into personally and also to encourage those who are stepping into their God-given purposes.

Black heard one last thing about Rubio:

Then I heard another word about Rubio. He said, “Rubio is meant for greater things. Yes, it's just not time yet, not his season. I have more for him to do elsewhere at the moment.”

So not Vance, not Rubio, but yes to DeSantis. And yes to us being ready to step into roles vacated by exposures. That’s a lot to take in, but I think as we pray God will release more to us individually.
